My client is an innovative start up whose goal is to revolutionize sepsis diagnosis globally with the help of their rapid near patient host response test.
The ideal candidate will have experience within the field of critical care and infectious disease and will understand how new technology can become integrated into hospital protocols.
This person can be based ANYWHERE in the West of the USA
This is a remote position with 30% travel nationally
Responsibilities
- To transition pilot studies into commercial accounts generating revenue
- Work with cross functional teams within hospital, critical care, speciality pharma
- Perform high level presentations and training to sepsis stakeholders that will be involved in the adoption of the new technology
- Lead final negotiations and closing new business opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 3 - 4 years' prior industry related business development experience
- Experience selling devices or instrumentation into hospitals
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
- Focused and goal-oriented
