Irving Knight was engaged on a retained search in Germany to fill a number of positions for a start-up looking to enter the booming logistics and data centre markets. This search was made more difficult due to the shortage of qualified candidates in the market, which ultimately means several firms will be competing against each other for the same candidate. As the first point of contact for the candidates, it is my responsibility to really engage with and sell the opportunity to them and get them into the process.
