Upon undertaking a contingent search for a client, we meet to take on a brief of the company’s requirements, detailing what they’re looking for from the perfect candidate from education to achievements to soft skills.
We use this to return to our existing network and identify the candidates we already manage who would be a great fit. Presenting them to you is once again a building block of our partnership - not just a transaction of information.
