Are you an accomplished Product Manager, with a passion for Clinical Chemistry?

I am exclusively partnered with an established, medium sized IVD company active across infectious disease, clinical chemistry, coagulation and diabetes.
We are proactively looking for a Sr Product Manager to develop global marketing plans, manage market research projects and provide marketing insight to optimize new product launches.
This position is remote based, with a preference for the Eastern or Central USA.
The SPM would be responsible for:
- Developing and providing input into annual strategic plans, ensuring long term business success
- Identifying unmet customer needs and new product/market opportunities
- Partnering with regional commercial marketing teams to drive product launches
- Developing a deep understanding of customers, competitors, technologies and healthcare trends within the clinical chemistry space
- Participating in key scientific conferences and meetings
- This role will have 1 direct report, with potential for more in coming years
What are we looking for?
- Bachelors degree in Marketing or Scientific Discipline - MBA would be preferred
- 5-8 years IVD product marketing experience
- Experience working with B2B clinical chemistry products
- Experience managing 1-2 people
- Great communicator who has the ability to work both independently as well as in a tight nit team
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 35%
