Are you passionate about bringing quality diagnostics products to the market and impacting patient care?
I'm exclusively partnered with a well established, medium sized IVD company who operate across infectious disease, coagulation, clinical chemistry and much more.
We are proactively looking for an experienced leader to support the growth of their clinical division. The Director of Clinical Research will lead, evaluate and strengthen the company's clinical research function, developing clinical strategy and increasing the execution of successful clinical trials for all new IVD products.
This is a remote position but some travel will be expected.
We are looking for;
- Bachelors in a Scientific discipline
- Minimum 10 years experience in the IVD industry
- Minimum 4 years managing a team
- Proven success executing clinical trials for IVD products (POC would be preferred)
- Experience developing clinical strategy, identifying gaps and aligning resources to establish a best in class division
- A passion for building a highly functioning clinical team that partner with CROs
