Irving Knight are partnered with an outstanding global client who are looking to strengthen their HR team in the UK with a dynamic talent & personnel development leader.
The responsibilities of the role include;
- Drive and implement systems for the development, marketing and rollout of an improved graduate scheme.
- Utilise the apprenticeship levy to source talent for a wide range of business units and functions.
- Assist with talent reviews, succession planning, performance development plans and leadership training.
- Work to build the talent function within the EMEA HR team.
- Help to promote diversity & inclusion within the workplace.
Good candidates will have;
- A background in HR focused on recruitment, TA or organisational development within a matrix organisation.
- Experience managing the apprenticeship levy, and ideally management of graduate recruitment.
- Drive to grow and develop within a large organisation, with many potential next steps in career progression.
- Demonstrated track record of talent management and helping promote a positive, high performance culture.
