Leveraging technology, market intelligence, KPIs, and sales performance data, he identifies candidates whose technical expertise and commercial track record align directly with business objectives.

With experience across water treatment, pulp and paper, and broader industrial chemicals, Sam has built an extensive global network within the chemicals sector. He works with both multinational manufacturers and growth-focused businesses, delivering talent across technical, operational, and commercial functions.

He studied Economics at the University of Bristol, bringing a commercially grounded and data-driven perspective to executive search within performance-led industries.
