Oliver Kiddy is a Managing Director of the Irving Knight Group, leading the London office with full P&L responsibility. He specializes in the Flavors & Fragrances sector, partnering with flavor, fragrance, and extracts manufacturers on senior and executive hires across Commercial, Technical, and Manufacturing functions.

Oliver also leads the Group’s Food, Beverage & Feed team, shaping strategy across Agriculture, Food & Beverage Ingredients, Animal Nutrition, Contract Manufacturing, and Supply Chain. A self-proclaimed foodie, he brings genuine passion and deep market engagement to every search. He joined Irving Knight in 2020 and studied Classical and Ancient Studies at the University of Leeds.
