Operations Director

Luke joined Irving Knight in April 2019. After working on the recruitment side of the business for a number of years, he was promoted to Head of Operations in 2021.

With extensive experience spanning across Sales, Technology, Marketing, Brand Identity and Development, he is responsible for building the future of Irving Knight. He also ensures that everything runs smoothly behind-the-scenes.

Luke has a thorough understanding of Web Development, AI, SaaS and Data Operations. He graduated from Sheffield Hallam University with a degree in Business Management.
