Group Operations Manager

Kirstie is Group Operations Manager at Irving Knight, overseeing operational delivery across the London and Dubai offices, as well as the sister company, Atrio Search. She is responsible for ensuring consistency of process, performance infrastructure, and cross-office alignment as the Group continues to scale internationally.

Kirstie joined the business as an Executive Search Consultant in 2022 before transitioning into group-level operations leadership. Prior to entering executive search, she built over 14 years of experience in people management within the hospitality sector, developing expertise in team leadership, workforce planning, training, and high-performance service environments.

She holds a degree in Education with Psychology and Counselling, bringing a strong understanding of behavioural dynamics, development frameworks, and people-centric leadership to her operational remit.
