Recently he has diverted his focus to the Flavours & Nutritional Ingredients space in which he has built an extensive global network, all of whom place their trust in him. Josh primarily focuses on senior and executive placements across Commercial, Technical and Operation functions.

Our client portfolio is diversified; Josh has built key relationships globally with industry-leading multinationals to innovative, high growth start-ups. The Food Ingredients space is ever changing, we are now seeing manufacturers combine ingredient technologies to diversify and expand their already existing portfolios. Dedicating Josh’s time every day networking within this industry has allowed him to identify exceptional talent needed to help business grow.

Being a sportsman from a young age, Josh brings a wealth of knowledge from his sporting experiences further extending this by obtaining a BSc in Sports from his university days.
