Christopher Clay is Managing Director – London at the Irving Knight Group, leading the Real Estate and Homebuilding sectors. His primary focus is the Real Estate market, which he built from the ground up, developing a global network of senior professionals across the US and Europe.

Working from the East Coast to the West Coast of the United States, as well as across major European markets, Christopher has developed a deep understanding of regional dynamics and access to high-calibre talent at leadership level. He studied Geography at the University of Leeds, bringing a market-focused and internationally informed perspective to executive search.
