Aidan is a Senior Principal Consultant leading a team of Global Consultants focusing on the wider Speciality Chemical market. Whilst Aidan’s team focuses on CASE, Plastics, Personal Care, HI&I and Water Treatment, Aidan personally specialises in the global Pharmaceutical & Nutraceutical sector, with a core focus on Excipients, API’s, Botanical Extracts, Vitamins and Minerals (among other ingredients).

Aidan works closely with business that manufacture and distribute premium quality ingredients for use in a variety of pharmaceutical and nutritional products.

Having previously specialised in Home & Personal Care ingredients for almost two years, Aidan is passionate about ingredients that have a profound effect on the lives of billions across the globe.

He works internationally on both a retained and contingent basis with large multinational and small to medium sized enterprises, recommending the best talent within the industry to our clients. In order to get results for both candidates and clients, Aidan prioritises gaining a strong understanding of the uniqueness of each vacancy.
